If the glowing neon water pipe in the front window didn't tip you off, Saqqara's is a hookah bar. A wide selection of sheesha (there's "Sex on the Beach"-flavored tobacco?!) keeps guests puffing 'till midnight on weeknights and 3 a.m. on weekends. Once your eyes acclimate to the smoke you'll see this is a restaurant, too, with a wide-reaching catch-all approach that pauses long enough to go Middle Eastern at certain junctures. Don't sleep on the falafel, kebab, shawarma of gyros, even if the meatball parm sandwich or buffalo chicken cheesesteak are calling your all-American name.
If hookah is your jam you're not likely to find a spot offering it cheaper than this, at $12 a head.
