DO NOT TRUST these people.

We purchased a very high end refridgerator from them.
We stood in front of the model and showed them the one we wanted.
When it was delivered, it was the wrong model.
The delivery crew ran 3 hours late, so when we tried to call the store it was closed at 6PM on a Saturday!

They refuse to take it back without a restocking fee - which is substantial due to the high end appliance price tag.

They blame it on us for showing them/telling them the wrong model.

The manager stands by his salesperson, and refuses to budge.

The delivery crew was very unprofessional, and only unpacked and plugged the refridgerator, all for a delivery fee of $260 for a "professional installation".

This store does not stand behind their products. They sold me a very expensive, defective kitchen appliance, which did not work on the first day of installation. They refused to take it back or to acknowledge any responsibility. They believe that once it has been delivered, it is the customer's problem, whether it is working or not.
