Great Service, Caring - Could not be happier!:
My cat was very sick, and ended up needing surgery. I just moved here from Louisville, KY and picked the Saraland Vet Clinic based on where I lived and when I saw it driving by. I called and they got me right in, within an hour, which was good since I was worried! The staff was friendly, smart and did there job well.
I saw the vet, Dr. Thompson, quickly who was very professional. He was concerned and they kept her over night. When he called, he told me that he wanted the other vet to look at her as well - so there were two opinions. I thought that was very nice! Anyways, she ended up needing surgery. The other vet who performed it, Dr. George, I could not be happier with. He is an excellent man! The communication, from both Vets, was superb. Always calling on time, explaining everything clearly, and actually TRULY caring. I will return - but hope I don't have to for anything like this again! :)
