Savage Ready Mix sent a driver that jumped the curb and destroyed a portion of the sidewalk. Accidents can happen. We understand that. But rather than taking responsibility for the damage they did, Savage Ready Mix convinced the mason who had hired them to pull out the damaged sidewalk as a favor, and then denied having anything to do with it!! Refused to come repair the damage they did, witnessed by multiple people! Pretended they had never had a conversation with me or the mason! It was lies all around. Such a pity, because repairing the damage, taking responsibility would have been easier for everyone and the right thing to do -- and earned them gold stars. Instead, they chose to lie, tricked people into helping, and didn't take responsibility. Shame on You Savage Ready Mix!
