Not to be confused with Hunan:
Didn't know what Hainan chicken was before being introduced to this place, and apparently it's not an uncommon dish; the food was uncommonly good, though. It's worth a repeat performance.

Savoy Kitchen Restaurant Review:
Outdoor tables on the pedestrian-less sidewalk are a rarity in the San Gabriel Valley. This spot provides a welcome exception to the florescent-lit, super-chilled rooms of too many other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. Savoy Kitchen is different---both for its fusion dishes and its outright cool beat. There are only a few items here; the menu is limited to pastas, curries and pizzas....
