A "sophisticated" clientele descends upon this "go-to" in the "lively Liberty Hotel" for a taste of chef "Lydia Shire at her best" – that is, "fabulous", "whimsical" takes on Italian fare (the mozzarella bar is "brilliant") that are "expensive" but "worth every penny"; no surprise, the "cool, chic" former jailhouse manned by a "terrific" staff is a "popular" "hangout" for "people-watching."
