Schenectady County Stop Dwi

Health Shares is an initiative designed to mitigate the complications of cardiovascular and chronic disease among at risk adults living in Schenectady County through increased vegetable consumption and nutrition education.

The Health Shares program is an innovative partnership between Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schenectady County, Schenectady County Public Health Services, Schenectady ARC, and Ellis Family Health Center. The program is funded through a grant from the AstraZeneca Healthcare Foundation Connections for Cardiovascular Health.
