A bunch of thieves, starting with owner:
PLEASE beware, they had an AC tech come out to inspect 2 NEW units that whrent blowing our cold air, keep in mind they are brand spanking NEW. Tech checks and of course he finds 50 different thing wrong or missing, claims one of the compressors is bad and one does not look very good, estimate was already around 2200.00 bucks, for NEW units installed in January. I had another tech come out and he puts freon in them and those NEW units turned on right away, the house was cool within a half hour. The techs, beware cause he will come at you like the most honest guy alive. Ron charged me 195.00 and left. The other tech fixed everything for 385.00. The story is not over,it gets better, I call the next morning to give a complaint to the owner which I had already emailed, make a long story short the owner said I was bothering him and not to call him ever again and it was the first time I called him regarding this terrible situation. I think you know where this is going, keep in mind this is the owner, he is mad at me for complaining about fraudulent diagnostic, GO FIGURE, KEEP AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! I hope this helps and if someone is a lawyer please contact me these people always claim they have been in business for 43 years so I strongly beleive they have been ripping people off for that long. I wam not the type of person who leaves reviews but the rudeness from the owner was a sign that they just think they can bully people when there is a complaint, if your wondering why I put The Puerto Rican as my name just ask Randy "the owner" since he told me to go back to Puerto rico!!Im taking them to court by the way, not for money just to see if we can shut these guys down!!! God Bless everyone who reads this and those who don't also!
