I was under a very tight time line to get my home in Boston set up and when my container had to go through customs exams it was looking like I wouldn't have my stuff in time for a family visit!!!

However, Luis Serrano, one of the guys there, worked incredibly hard to turn everything around in a few days - to separate the container and get it transported form NY to Boston, just in time. I was so grateful.
