Scorch is stuffed in between the train tracks and a Dairy Queen, and frankly, it doesn't look like the place to get a good steak. No matter. Here you'll find all cuts of beef, from succulent strip steaks to mean, mean ground chuck burgers. It's All-American meat with a bit of a Latin touch.
