Retail Store Painting is a National painting company that has painted 400 windows on this building. the old windows were neglected and not painted for over 25 years. Our guys scraped, sanded, caulked, fixed, and painted 400 windows the owners looked the job over and we removed all of our swing-stage from the building When it was time to get paid they screwed us $17,000 would not answer my calls, texts, etc. then I received a letter from their son a Scranton Attorney stating they would sue me for slander and to stop contacting them. This is just 1 reason scranton is in such a horrible mess, people like this that play a system to get over on a contractor based in their own area. I have also heard that they have done this to more people than me.
