The name Sea Rocket comes from the wild rocket (cakile maritima) that grows on our beaches. Since we are connected to what our local waters and land can provide, be it wild, farmed, or ranched, that is the basis of our restaurant. We are a local foods restaurant focusing on sustainable seafood. We buy directly from local farmers, fisherman, ranchers, breweries and wineries as much as possible and operate in an environmentally friendly way.
