Hertha's always has great deals on the nicest items. Dresses, hats, shoes, purses. You can't go wrong.

You have to search but it's worth it. Clothes are sorted by size and color. I found two really nice blazers - a gray tweed Ann Taylor and velvet Eddie Bauer. I bought both for $20 and they are in excellent condition. They also have nice handbags at every price point. Some designer, some not. Great cowboy boots. It's not a "retail store" so you won't have a personal shopper. If you need help, you need to ask. The condition of the clothes are good. They don't take rips, tears, etc. Very few "dated" items. I'm going to take in clothes to consign.
