I ordered flowers for a funeral since I am from out of town I requested a receipt for my purchase the girl took my info (email and fax) but no receipt was delivered. I called a week later and spoke to another employee who took my info again still no receipt was delivered. I called again a week later and spoke to the lady who took the call she asked for my physical address, but a receipt never was delivered. I call again a week later and spoke to another employee who took my email address and assured me he would send the receipt after two days I called and finally spoke to Parie, the owner who finally faxed over the receipt. I have never found a company so unqualified and so unprofessional that someone cannot deliver a receipt within a timely manner. I suggest spend your money somewhere else during your time of mourning. The receipt once it was finally delivered doesn't even has the name of the purchaser it only has the name of the deceased who I ordered the flowers for. UNBELIEVABLE. I have to select a star to submit review so I will be selecting one star however, the appropriate selection would be a minus one star.
