Dishonest Company:
I purchased a home in February. At that time Security guaranteed my title. I found out, eight months later, that there was an unpaid water bill. Security Title decided not to pay it, nor did they let me know of the bill. Now I am being threatened with a lien against my home from the county. This was irresponsible of the company, and has cost me my costs for the insurance, as well as the costs to clear my title that they guaranteed. This a dishonest company, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
