So when I first started coming to this place, I really liked it. I had a deep cleaning done in Oct./Nov. of 2014. I came back in July 2015 & they did another cleaning. I was told to come back in Oct. 2015 to maintain the cleaning. I tried to schedule an appt. for Oct. & was told schedule an appt. for Nov. 2015. They called me Nov. 4, 2015 to tell me my appt. for this day was canceled (which I never had an appt. on this day) because they no longer see awake patients. I was referred to their children's dentist (again, this was the 2nd time). The children's dentist first told me they don't do cleanings for adults & the second time they told me they only see special needs patients. Sedation Dental has been brushing me off & giving me the runaround. They are not professional at all!!
