When a worker's car broke down in a neighbor's drive, the diesel engine flat bed tractor trailer, used my drive without permission. When I suggested to the driver that it would be good procedure to ask the neighbor's permission to use the driveway before driving the rig down it, he started verbally abusing and screaming at me, using extremely hostile language, pointing his gloved finger within an inch of my nose. He went from 0 to 60 being enraged. Obviously uneducated, he managed to scream every four letter cuss word available dozens of times in my face. I moved away, fearing he would hit me. When my nephew came out from all the yelling, he started in on him. The poor gal, whose car was broke down, was startled and obviously concerned for her own well being. When he saw we were calling the police, he quit screaming and moved much more quickly to put the car on the flatbed. There was little the police could do, without seeing the rig, since he was gone, but a report was made.
I called the company to report the out of control behavior and they said they would "make a note of it," without being very concerned at all. To the one answering the call, this didn't seem to be out of normal, so I can only surmise this to be typical behavior for their drivers. Be aware.

Sega Towing does not even deserve 1 star. This place is a scam. Please, fellow texans do not deal with this company. It is ran by an African and you know 90% of Africans do bad business. The guy employs several illegal African also. This business is all about taking you money and squezzing you until you are dry. Towing a car at the customers request is the only thing they do right(like if your car died on the side of the road and you need it towed to to your house or shop). The guy also sales cars that he has towed(nothing abnormal). The thing is you must pay in cash, he does not give receipts, and he does not give you a title just so he can have the "right" to repo your car when you have already paid him the full balance in CASH. He then says that you did not pay him.There is no telling what else is going on in this foreign establishment. Do not deal with this company, the owner matthew is bad business!

I was driving down I35 North when a driver of a large white tow truck almost ran me off the road to exit the freeway! This was on a Sunday aroudn 330 or so. I contacted the customer support and left a message no call back from "matt" the owner/manager. Again left my number the next morning around 830 still no call back and the dispatcher has not heard from him at 12 noon!
