we had my son's car towed here - told them what the problem was and they agreed that the engine needed to be rebuilt - every day a different story! customer service is TERRIBLE - 4 times we were on hold on phone 30-35 min - even left cell phone on speaker phone and called from work phone and said - YEP that's me on HOLD!!!!! Even the owner Jeff gave me his cell phone number - call anytime he said!!!! ya you get the answering machine.....ok so 7 weeks!!!!! later they tell us the car is done!.....now in the mean time they tell me that they ordered and got in another engine with low miles on it and were sending it out to get heads resurfaced - then 10 days later we are told - whoops that's not a good engine - when we went to pay for car they said they rebuilt our original engine -Brent that works there says..." wait till you see ALL THE SHINY Silver" under the hood - well when we got it there were 2 pieces that looked shiny...SMALL pieces - I would've thought that they would've at least sprayed the engine down to clean it up - BUT NO! ok so gets better.......we pick the car up - next day my son goes to the car wash to wash car and vaccum it out - calls and says CAR WONT START.....needed a new battery - since it had sat for 7 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!! next day - SERVICE ENGINE SOON light comes on - and air conditioner out - THIS CAR HAD THE COLDEST AIR CONDITIONER AROUND when we brought it to them,..........TIME TO CONTACT THE TELEVISION STATION AND HAVE THIS COMPANY INVESTIGATED -pretty sure the good comments on here are FRIENDS of theirs!!! I even asked Brent...."are their REAL mechanics "working here! I would like to see the accreditation of all! I looked them up online at the Better Business Bureau and they said they don't know of a business with this name? will be doing further research - VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER COST OF THIS "REBUILD" $2750
