I am getting married 12/31/11. I ordered bridesmaid dresses 6/4/11 and was told they'd be in in 8 weeks. At the end of August I started calling, curious when they'd be in. I was told any day they were expecting them. I called every other week in August and September. At the end of Sept I said she needed to find exactly what was going on (16 weeks). She called (with my phone, hers wasnt working) and they said they would be in at the end of October which was not ok with me. I also had been told they'd be in the previous Tuesday and i have no idea why she said that if she didnt know. Every week in October I was told they would be in the next week. It is Oct 28 and I still have not recieved them. I asked for my money back and she said she couldnt because she already paid the company (uh I already paid you and I have nothing!!!!) and she said if they are not in next Friday I can get my money back. These dresses were $160, she gave me a little discount, and the same ones were $215 at Weddings by Design. The extra 55/ dress would have been sooo worth it. I would not recommend this company to an on the ball bride or a last minute bride because this has been pretty stressful and frustrating. You do not have to give your actual wedding date to companies, give a couple months earlier to ensure you get what you pay for when you want it. She said they didnt get sent because the company didnt think they needed to send them since my date was so far out. She didnt do her job and check that what I paid for would be in when i expected it. I didnt need to to be in in 8 weeks exactly but 20+ weeks is unacceptable to me
