Poor customer service:
Dishwasher heater element was advertised as a direct replacement, but was absolutely not. It ran way too hot, melted the inside of the tub and blew the fuse. After much back and forth SRT would not acknowledge that they might bear any responsibility for sending the wrong part. Frankly I'm not even sure the guy understood what I was telling him.
Finally he said "You are more than welcome to return it but I fear I may not be able to accept it as it has been used." Well, obviously it had been used, so the message really was "return it if you want but I'm not going to give you your money back."
