Stay Away from Seneca Tree Service! Avoid them like COVID!:

They should change their name to Ghosting Service. Don't bother calling them because they will never finish the job. Got an estimate 4 months back. Agreed to the price and they scheduled a date. Never showed up, never called, and never followed up. I have left them over 25 messages with their answering service but they don't have the civility or courtesy to return my calls. Absolute waste of time. Tree cutters are everywhere. I hope they go out of business. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
