Do Not Recommend, poor customer service:
Do not recommend. I dealt with Bill. Not sure if he's the owner but he does not do what he says he's going to do. I purchased a spa from this company and it was delivered without the cover for the filter. Bill assured me he'd mail it to me. I waited six weeks and called him back, he apologized and said he'd drop the cover off at my home the next day. That was three weeks ago. Beware: Once Sensible Spas has your money, they are not interested in customer service.
