We brought our cat here once for an appointment to get bathed and trimmed, and after the 4 hour waiting period that they told me, we went to pick him up. The lady at the front asked if she could call us when she was done bathing and cutting his hair. And I replied: "Is he not done now?" She said no, and that it typically takes 3-4 hours to do. I told her that we had an appointment at 2 pm (it was almost 6pm) so we would just pick him up now.

There were dogs running and barking everywhere, so the cat was scared to death! Big loud dogs and I had specifically asked if they could book him on a day where the cats were going to be groomed separate, and this was definitely not the case!

To my amazement – the cat was still locked up in his cage, he did not have any of his services done, and he peed himself because he was locked in his cage for 4 hours! I also do not think that they gave him any food or water for he went straight to water when he got home. They just left him locked up is his crate for 4 hours with dogs running everywhere.

I was very disappointed and very angry that my cat was mistreated in this way for hours.

We will not go here again and we definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.
