Honest and Fair:

Have been working with them for many years, very different from other nationals. They really care about their customers, demanding but fair and have always paid in full. A step above the rest and I have worked for them all. Servicecom has a polite and helpful staff, actually sent me a thank you gift for years of dedicated service. As a contractor you dont see that every day.

Non-payment of bills:

This company does not rate any stars. I have completed a job in Tennessee for service com over 93 days ago and have not been paid yet. I have made a call once per week starting at 65 days and have been told weekly "We have mailed the check and we do not control the postal service." The lady in accounts payable is very hostile and unprofessional. Robin Reynolds
