My elderly mother contracted this company for pet urine remediation in her home. She had to stay in a hotel since the air quality was so poor and she had just been released from the hospital for pneumonia. When she was contacted that the work had been completed, the owner, Jake Hunter, coerced her into making final payment before she was able to adequately survey the work. When she let me know about this, I cancelled the check. When I inspected the house, I found that they had only cleaned the floor in a bedroom and bathroom. The other 8 rooms were untouched. I took pictures to show the lack of cleaning. When I contacted Jake, all he indicated was that the work had been done and that he was sending it to collections. This guy is despicable to take advantage of an elderly woman. I am glad that I was able to intervene to protect her.
