Seven Hens

Seven Hens is a local restaurant that specializes in serving chicken cutlet sandwiches seasoned with breadcrumbs and flavors from around the globe and topped with spreads and sauces. Every schnitzel is made to order.

Chef Michael Gurevich prepares chicken schnitzel with flavors from six different cuisines; the seventh option is a "create your own" version. The breaded cutlets are fried and sliced dramatically with a mezzaluna as the customer watches, and then the schnitzel is either wrapped or done as a sandwich. Chicken schnitzel!
Traditionally, chicken goes through little to no tenderizing process. We, at 7 Hens, hand pound the chicken breast for tenderness before we bread and fry it, creating a tender and crunchy schnitzel.
We love travelling so we take the chicken schnitzel and use recipes from all around the world to create unique, delicious sandwiches.
