Money hungry owner, poor customer interaction:
This is the worst sewing and embroidery machine dealer I have ever encountered. Harlem Avenue Sewing Center in Chicago and DuPage Sew n Vac in Lisle have it all over this dump. The owner, Judy, has a lot to learn when it comes to being honest with customers. She is your best friend if you're buying a machine. If you have trouble with the machine, she doesn't know you. She has gone from 5 stores to one lonely store in Lombard. Avoid at all costs, especially since it's your money, guard it carefully around her.
