We had one room and one window sill pained by Shades of Color painting. When the work wasn't done as discussed the first time (only one coat instead of two in the room, and the window sill had rough edges) we requested another painter come out and finish the work properly. I was told it had to be the same painter, or I'd have to pay an additional $150.00, so I reluctantly agreed to have the same painter come out. The painter did come out and put the second coat in the room, and redo the window sill, however the room should have been taped off better so that the paint did not seep over into areas that were not supposed to be painted. The window sill looked the same the second time with rough edges, however I said it was fine as I was tired of dealing with this company. The customer service from Darren, the owner, was also very slow. Anytime I needed to talk to him I had to call/email twice and wait 36-48 hours to get a response. When we decided to use this company they did not have any reviews, but In the future I will find a company that has good review in place before using them.
