Defective film was used to tint my entire car (except the front windshield). It was hazy and distorted my vision when I was in the car looking out. The owner, who called himself "John" is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He refused to honor their "lifetime warranty" even though I came back within 6 weeks. I will have to pay another company to remove the defective tint and replace it with quality tint. I thought their pricing was good, but I now have to spend twice as much to correct their mistake. Never go there, the work and customer service is TERRIBLE!

I took my brand new 2009 Audi to get tinted last week at Shady Dave's in Hallandale. The lack of professionalism and customer service is mind blowing! That said, the work that they do is less than stellar. There were black footprints and scuffs all over my cream leather interior. Since they were in such a rush to finish my car I found pieces of tint and their tools in my car over the next couple days. The windows have only been tinted for a little over a week now and there are small scratches on the driver side window. I did everything Dave said to do...Don't put the windows down or touch them for 3 days. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and go somewhere else.
