Unfair labor practice:
My son put in an application for this restaurant. They called him on a Friday night and asked if he could work the next night for a big party they had coming in. He had to buy a pair of black slacks, black shoes, a white button down shirt and a red tie, which we did. This was very hard for us financially. He went to work the next evening and they put him to work waiting on a large table of over 12. He had no training and was put to work waiting on this table by himself. At the end of the evening he received nothing. No tip, no wages. In fact, as I've filed a complaint with the labor board, they didn't even have him fill out a W-4, no paper work whatsoever. They told them they didn't pay wait staff in training. It's been over two weeks and he's yet to hear back from them.
I hope you'll consider the unfair practices of this establishment before adding to their profit at the expense of others.
