Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi

Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi is a martial arts school offering kung fu and tai chi instruction to students in the Warren area.

Students can learn authentic Shaolin style kung fu, international wushu competition forms, Bruce Lee nunchakus techniques, as well as tai chi.

Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi has classes for all ages (3 to 65+).

I was a student of Tai Chi many years ago and studied with Sidney Austin. Mr Austin was a senior disciple of Jou Tsung Hwu. After Mr Austin passed away in 1993, I have been looking for another local Tai Chi teacher that had the same perspective on Tai Chi.

I recently found Shifu Lin of the Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi. Shifu Lin is a fantastic teacher. He is incredibly knowledgeable and teaches the essence of Tai Chi with patience, humor, and inspiration. I am very happy I have finally found this school and that I am learning from the best.

I started to learn Tai Chi in Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi school last year in October. Master Lin is very patient to every student especially to those of us who never got the moves right. Learning Tai Chi did help me to relax my mind and body more and I found myself not as tense as I used to be. I am so happy to find this school so close to home where I can learn from the best.
