My son and daut n law sent me flowers for Mother's Day through teleflora and Shells Petals made and delivered them. They looked like a small child had picked them and crammed them in a jar. The flowers were not what should have been in the vase and were much smaller than what was requested. teleflora is very specific about the size and types of flowers. It has taken over a week for me to get a replacement and Shells Petals refused to do the replacement. She was very angry that I complained.
