Bamboo may be dead, but long live Shiki, which you may as well call Bamboo with a fresh coat of wasabi. The corner booths and sexed up lounge vibe are in full effect. The sushi is first-rate, with enough new spins (Jalapeno Yellowtail and Spicy Miso with Lobster come to mind) to keep you from getting bored. A decent selection of large plates (Peking Duck, Grilled Mongolian Beef, and the like)...
