Terrible Customer Service:
I went into Shinjyu Jewelry with several questions and the owner/designer was very unwilling to offer much help. I needed to get my fiancé's finger sized and have some jewelry modified. The woman was obviously not interested in being helpful unless she was sure that she could make a sale. It was as if she was insulted that I didn't walk into her shop, cash in hand, eager to make a purchase. In fact, she walked away before I was done asking her questions. What she didn't know, because I was appalled by her behavior before I was able to mention it, was that I am interested in purchasing well over $1000 worth of jewelry for my wedding party. That's how you treat a customer, in this economy? I recommend you find somewhere else.
