Take money, never deliver:

In January of 2022 I paid more than $5,000 in advance for 2 glass shower enclosures. Now on March 28, I am told that there is NO LIMIT to the length of time they have in which to deliver and that I should “ read the contract”. Dishonest, unprofessional and impolite.
