For over 40 years Jean Niemi has kept her secret recipe for shredded beef tacos and homemade salsa in her will. Over 20 year...s ago we convinced her that once a year we should have a Taco-A-Thon to raise funds for local youth outreach ministry Campus After Dark (CAD), and she agreed. In 2014 we figured, why not share her awesome tacos and salsa with our community AND raise funds year round....
