The Shutter Factory manufactures custom wood blinds and custom plantation shutters in North Texas including Dallas, Ft. Worth, Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Allen and Frisco as well as builders and homeowners in surrounding states. We also install shutters in hotels, restaurants and other commercial buildings.

He called me back quickly, set up an appointment to come and quote my windows,and offered an excellent price for quality wood shutters. Both he and his installer (Adrian and Sergio) were a pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work which shows in all aspects of the job from the first meeting to the final installation. Also, when Adrian and Sergio finished installing the shutters, Bill came to my home and personally inspected each shutter. Bill is a guy who takes pride in his business. He's very quick to respond and resolve your concerns. Adrian and Sergio came over to do the installation and the place looks 1000 times better. The installation only took a few hours. Since I have a new home, the window frames weren't square but Adrian and Sergio worked his magic to make everything fit. As soon as my parents saw my shutters, they ordered some from Bill as well and couldn't be happier.
