We are a cooperative of livestock farmers, based in Madison County. Our mission is to bring our pasture-based, natural meat to CNY consumers.

Craft Butcher Shop & Local Foods Market. All of our animals are pasture raised locally and never given antibiotics or hormones. Our meat is butchered and ground fresh daily. Our Local Foods Grocery includes dairy, produce from apples to onions and provisions including coffee, honey and grain. We also serve sandwiches and soup.
