horrible sercive and nothing but lies:
This has been the worst service I have ever experienced I was suppose to receive a sectional couch on Saturday afternoon to find out that the salesman gave me incorrect information when it was moved to Monday between 5-8pm I waiting in my empty apartment around the block from then business and never received anything again when I called FRANK the owner he told me his employees did not want to work late even tho I was supposedly on schedule for delivery then FRANK offended a full refund and $100 store credit I respectfully said no I want my couch so we rescheduled again for Tuesday at the same time they finally came but only 1 piece out of 4 that I paid for was correct the owner FRANK has done nothing but lie to my face and keeps trying to avoid fixing my issue I just want what I paid for not something that will work now the owner FRANK is telling me I have to wait till the second week of February and all that's saying to me is that my stuff was never at the store in the first place I have been waiting for this couch for a week now and this is just not right its horrible customer service and a showroom full of misguided employees
