Construction: Re Imagined.

I could not agree more with Zurich. Not only did signature left out kitchen unfinished they told us for them to finish this they would have to charge us $450 for them to return and finish this. All my cabinets were poorly aligned. They did not finish our top cabinet moldings. They came to our house at 8:00 but left during the day to take boxes to recycle ( on the time they should be installing our cabinets) or better yet go to Payless shoe store ( even asked directions to get there) at 9am . They left at 3pm not an 8 hour work schedule. They left holes on our paneling. I too had them measure my kitchen before they started the project but I still had to drive back and forth to ikea which is 69 miles away from me because of missing parts and extra moulding that they should have measured. Forget calling signature , customer service does not listen to their customers and worst tells you that they would "try their best" to call me back. That was 3 days ago. Haven't heard from them yet. Poor choice on Ike's to contract with. Stay away from them because you are just going to regret it and end up paying more.

I dont even know where to begin. First, 1 star is WAY to generous for these guys. I only wish i would have read the reviews before doing business with these people. It seems that everyone has the same problems- we used Signature services for a complete kitchen remodel, the wrong cabinets were delivered multiple times, the wrong cabinets were installed multiple times, every time a contractor showed up, they had no idea what they were supposed to be working. Apparently there is no communication within this company. The designs were totally flawed, and the designer constantly missed our dates, didn't even have our designs when we showed up for our appointment resulting in multiple trips back and forth to Ikea.

I'm dumbfounded that these guys can be in business. Every step of this process has been a nightmare. Do not, i repeat, do not use Signature services. That's the best advice I could give to anyone reading this.

I found it rather funny that after researching reviews for this company, I did not find a single good review. They are all bad. That says something about these guys.

We signed up with this group through IKEA, it was promised as a simple, seamless way to complete our install with the minimum involvement by our selves. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our experience was, many returns to IKEA and multiple visits to correct design errors. This turned into a full time job by my wife as she attempted, day after day, to get a simple phone call returned. They sub contract everything and seem to have little or no communication with their subs, simply setting appointments for folks to turn up. At one point after the sink cabinet had been worked on twice to attempt to fit the (standard) sink we had ordered (a two week delay) my wife had to put the counter top installer (also a seperate contractor arranged by IKEA) on the phone with the cabinet installer so that they could talk to each other. After a 6 week delay the final plumber never showed, we could not contact ANYBODY at Signature and ended up finding a plumber ourselves, at additional cost, to complete the work. At the end of the day, we like our new kitchen, the IKEA cabinets look and work great, the counter top folks were the opposit of Signature, professional, prompt and courteous. However in my opinion IKEA is being very poorly served by this outfit and could be damaging their reputation by continued use.
