I've dealt with Signs By Randy for well over 10 years for all my sign needs. We've always had a great relationship. Last February 2/14, we had the front facing of a letter fall off of the building and needed it to be replaced. It took them over 6 months to complete. Once job was finished, he didn't leave an invoice for payment like he's done every other time before. Instead, his daughter Savannah sent it via email to an email account that is no longer in use. We just became aware of this invoice on Tuesday 4/22. All of our updated contact information is on the invoice. She obviously needs training on additional ways to contact customers, especially if mailing address is listed on invoice and even phone number!!! Instead of mailing the invoice or calling the cell number listed on the invoice, Randy chose to "Repo" the letter this past Friday night. We thought the weather knocked it down. We called their office and tried to order a replacement and we were told that Randy took it down for non payment of invoice. The invoice was for $75!!!! I've spent thousands of dollars with Randy and all he had to do was call and inquire about the invoice. Instead, after not returning my calls all day on Wednesday... I drove to his shop only to be informed that he didn't have the letter... He said he threw it away! He actually told me that he felt I was trying to cheat him out of the $75!
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIS COMPANY AGAIN! I WILL ALSO SHARE THIS WITH INFO WITH EVERYONE THAT I KNOW!
