Great Staff, Great Food, Great Location, Fantastic crowd:
I have been to the Goose several times with friends or on my own and have always left with a good feeling. The folks here really know how to make a person welcome. My last visit I tried the brisket and it was fantastic!! The Sunday Brunch there is always good, and sitting on the patio at any time is interesting...watching the locals and tourists mill around.
There is free wifi and parking validation!
I don't know what kind of chemistry is going on that makes everyone there, employees and patrons alike, but they need to patent it.

Watch Your Bank Statement:
I used my debit card at The Silly Goose over a week ago, and the waitress gave herself a bigger tip than what I had placed on the receipt. When I noticed the error on my bank statement, I tried to get in contact with the manager by calling the number listed. This number does not work; I kept getting a recording that there is a problem with the phone line. I got this same message for over a week.
I finally went to the bar tonight to speak with the manager about fixing my bill and crediting my account. The manager wasn't there, but the bar attendant, Jason, was. And he was a TOTAL JERK the entire time I was talking to him. I have never had anyone speak to me in such a manner when the establishment has made an error. He didn't try to do anything to help me. He finally gave me the manager's cell number so I could call him. When I spoke to the manager, Daniel, he was accommodating, but the damage was already done.
I will NEVER step foot in Silly Goose again. I plan to go on every website where you can post a review on this bar and post this complaint. I would advise you to either boycott their establishment or watch your bank statements closely if you use any type of debit/credit card there. And when you see Jason, let him know he DEFINITELY needs to work on his people skills.
