Joe, the owner of Silver Lotus, has treated us very poorly. It has been several months since our wedding, and we have yet to receive our merchandise. We could not even get in touch with anyone from this company for months because no one would return the messages we left or reply to emails we sent. When we finally did get an email from Joe, he was unapologetic and even threatened to sue us if we reported Silver Lotus to the Better Business Bureau. Joe informed me that since we chose the least expensive package available, we were not worth his time and energy. He also insulted me in several emails, and has yet to apologize. I believe a business owner, in seeing a customer is unhappy should apologize and ask: "What can we do to make this better?" Instead, Joe told us we were terrible and even told me that if he were my waiter in a restaurant, he would have thrown my food at me. I have also talked with other customers of Joe's who have experienced the same thing. This company has several complaints with the BBB, and I only wish I would have done my research before hiring this business to capture the memories of the most important day of my life.
