Customer placed an order for over $200--Florist delivered to Funeral Home flower room, funeral director didn't put flowers out til second viewing. Client irrate to find the person he wanted to impress with the flowers never got to see them-- called florist and said he refused to pay under any circumstance-florist picked up the flowers (service was not in progress as stated) Client became even more irrate and embarrassed when the family wondered where the flowers went..so he posted as many negative reviews as he could.
Simply Terrible:
While at my best friend's grandmother's Wake yesterday an individual entered the viewing room and removed what was a beautiful floral arrangement. We asked why and was told that the flowers were not paid for. That was super odd...When I called my friend who sent the
flowers, he said that Simply Beautiful flowers removed the arrangement because they were responsible for crediting my friend back money
for a delivery mistake that they said they would "handle" and "take care of". If handling means not explaining to my friend that he would not be charged and then taking a flower arrangement out of a viewing room containing over fifty people, I am just shocked. What a cruel and thoughtless thing to do. Simply Beautiful did a cruel thing, at a very bad time. Had my friend known what he thought was a kind customer service gesture, was going to result in his being mortified, I doubt
he would have agreed to even take the credit for the flowers. Despite the fact that I did not buy the flowers, I had to look into this situation because what occurred by a professional floral establishment was completely out of line and unacceptable. Terrible!
