Sir Loin NOT alot:
I have just arrived to Denver from Europe, and was disparate to find a fresh butchers shop, I did a quick Google.com I found that one was in my neighbourhood and it was called Sir Loin Meat Shoppe & Fresh Seafood, and after a number of reviews I went to seek it out.
I found it easily to find, and that’s all I have good to say about the reviews, I entered the store to find the shop empty of customers and the display cabinets empty of meat, apart from a few scatterings of beef and chicken. After asking for the butcher, I asked him for a number of fresh meats, to be redirected to the freezer and then I spotted some buffalo steaks, I asked why they were so dark and was told some story about how it was darkened, when I got them home I found out that the darkness was from it being frozen and not fresh.
In my 20 years of shopping and searching out fresh produce, from 22 different countries this was my first failed shopping trip, I found nothing fresh and what was fresh was very over priced.
