Sky Bar Steak & Sushi is the go-to spot in Galveston for sushi and drinks with friends. Our comprehensive menu features fresh sushi rolls that constantly push the limits of creativity, two choices of Certified Angus Beef steaks, and an abundance of options for non-sushi eaters and vegetarians. Watch our seasoned chefs prepare sushi and sashimi at the granite sushi bar in a vibrant, eclectic atmosphere. Our happy hour starts when you get here, from 5-10 pm Monday through Thursday, 5-11 pm Friday, and 9-11 pm Saturday, featuring special rolls, appetizers, drink specials, and our award-winning Martinis.

What to Drink: Check the menu for a unique selection of cocktails that feature sake, including the dragon saketini, with sake, Absolut vodka and green tea. The Sky Bar classic martini has vodka, Bombay gin and splash of dry vermouth.

When to Go: Late on weekend nights, the music is turned up, the lights are turned down and the dinner crowd yields to the cocktail crowd. Sushi and drinks are served until 2am.
