I have been a Skytel customer for about 7 years. I can only guess that there has been a change in ownership and/or management because their service has gone downhill. They are unresponsive to complaints, they promise to call back with answers as to why pages are not going through (and they NEVER call back), and when I finally cancelled my service, they can not even process my refund! Warning-do not do business with Skytel under any circumstances. Please take your business elsewhere. You will much happier anyplace else. They are the WORST! If I could, I would have given them NO STARS!
