Slow Yoga

Flow Yoga, so named for its philosophy of flowing from pose to pose without stopping, is located in Tuscarora Mill above Jasmine Restaurant.

Students can participate in scheduled classes or arrange a private or small group session. There are kids' classes, Pilates and even a candlelight session every other Sunday. Check the website for the most up-to-date schedule of classes and events.
