Ordered Special Insurance on the refrigerator from Smart Movers. They dropped my NEW Samsung refrigerator (1,900 & change) smashed the door, shelves, drawers & put cracks in the walls in the presence of Many friends there to help me pack. Tried to WORM their way out of it, denied it, then claimed they sent a repairman. Never Happened. They sent an assessor who told me the damage was extensive & promised to pay. Never happened. Filed with BB Bureau. Now Consumer affairs. I'm taking this all the way to the top.

You guys rocked! Our movers, Lafant, Orlando, Carlos, and Leo were fantastic, they worked their butts off for us on Saturday, with smiles on their faces the whole time!
