This is a good company. They answered their phone, made a convenient appointment, sent out repairman Otto who arrived at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem with my 32-year-old gas dryer immediately: bad burner control coils.

My Viking refrigerator stopped cooling. They answered my call fairly quickly and went out of the way to make sure someone came over the same day. My technician, Jim, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary part to complete the repair immediately. Terrific service, very professional.

When our Whirlpool washing machine broke we called them. Initially, the estimate to repair the washing machine was $300 to replace two parts, but after furher analysis he stated that one one part needed to be replaced and the final bill was only $130.
